Using Tools provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities (calculators, converters, formatters, image and PDF tools, and similar) that run locally in your browser. No account or payment is required to use the Site.

We may add, change, or remove tools or features at any time, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice or liability.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use any tool to process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any tool that communicates with our servers (such as the page-fetching feature used by certain tools).
• Use the page-fetching feature to access, scrape, or attack third-party systems you are not authorized to interact with.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Site’s functionality in a way that competes with or misrepresents Using Tools, except as permitted by applicable law.

Any file, text, or content you process through a tool remains yours. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we do not receive, store, or claim any rights over it. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process and for having the necessary rights to do so.

The Site’s design, branding, code, and text (excluding your own content) are owned by Using Tools or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for its intended personal or professional purpose, but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the Site itself without permission.

The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Tools such as calculators, converters, formatters, and generators are provided as convenience utilities. We do not guarantee that results will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose (including professional, financial, legal, medical, or academic use), and you should independently verify any output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Using Tools and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, resources, or content that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply endorsement.

Using Tools displays advertising served through Google AdSense to help keep the Site free to use. Ads are provided and controlled by Google and its advertising partners, not by us — we do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of any ad shown on the Site, or for the products, services, or third-party websites they link to. We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence, which may also apply and are not waived by this clause.
